The Community Heroes public art project celebrates individuals from the Fort Greene neighborhood who have made lasting artistic, cultural, or educational contributions to the community.

At The Fling, we'll honor and thank the 2026 Fort Greene Community Heroes with a special video, produced by local artists, highlighting a number of heroes speaking about their work and their communities in their own words.
